WHAT THE KIDS SAY
Even if I can't read English I can still match letters and I can still win!
I like that I could practice my English in a game that was easy to play but more difficult when I have to read. When I get really good in English I think this game will be too young for me.
"This is such a good game. I can read a lot of words. I have to sound some out but I am fast now. I can play this game with one of my friends and teach him.

"This was a great learning game to play with your young readers, reviewing early sight words. Both my 6 and 5 year old are able to read all the words on the board and thus I would love if they gave a few more challenging words to have the game increase it's play value. Even though both my children enjoyed playing this one, I don't believe they would ask to play it on their own. Most of the rules were relatively simple however it wasn't clear if home base counted as a move on its own, or do you continue through the home space on the rope on one turn? Regardless, it was fun to play and a great price.
A good game even for families that English is not their first language. It's a good way to learn basic words.

"Great game for my kindergarten child who is entering grade 1 to have at home to help with reading skills and to develop enthusiasm for reading. Great use of high frequency words so my son (5) is able to read a number of them and if he is stuck he sounds the words out. We enjoyed playing it together. It built his confidence and he enjoyed playing. Very reasonably priced for an eductional game.
Howdy y’all! It’s a reading race through the southwest! Pick your cards, gallop around the board to round up all your words, and giddy up home before the other players to win! Game features the top 25 building block words.
