None of our testers could figure out how to play this game. A few tried to make up their own rules, but overall this was not a success in our testing homes.
WHAT THE KIDS SAY
We didn't play this game a long time. It was hard to decide how to play. I wanted to match the pictures, but Mommy said we couldn't. But then she said we could but it didn't work. No fun!
I don't play it at all. I don't really like it and i find it confusing.
The game was fun at first but then I got bored and did not want to paly with the rules.
WHAT ADULTS THINK
Terrible instructions! Very poorly explained in the included instructions. We couldn't even figure out how to properly play this one. We lost interest.
Not a favourite in our house. i think because it was not clear what to do and my kids can not do it without an adult to help them along.
Emma enjoyed it the first few times we played but has not asked to play since and if asked to play she says rater play something else. The puzzle matching idea is O.K. but it does not motivate 5 year old every much.
I would like to think we are parents of average intelligence but we could NOT for the life of us figure out the instructions or the game, so our kids never really got into it (our fault I guess for not udnerstanding the directions!)
After reading the directions multiple times I am not even sure we are playing the game correctly. Actually not even a very fun game to play.
I had the same problem as my wife. It took me 4 readings of the directions to understand them which annoyed me as well as the kids who were waiting to play the game. They gave up on playing because I was "taking too long to read the book."
Saddle Up!™ for some fun with this brain-busting game, where you DON'T want to make a match! Each card has four objects, and players must place cards next to each other under one condition: a matching object or color cannot touch, either vertically, horizontally or diagonally! The first player who can correctly place the most cards wins the round! With multiple levels of play, the game is always different, where you don't want to be the one making the match!
