WHAT THE KIDS SAY

OK, launcher is hard to use as it takes forever to hook the elastics on the microscope, then when you launch it...basically it falls down, there is no flying across a room, it hits your feet, that's lame. But I like the fact that it sticks to the wall, or under a table and I can listen in to what others say.. I had to be careful with the noise level cause the others would figure it out when they would hear themselves in the other room, oops. There is a spot for headphones but it didn't work.

It's very fun and cool. The bungee cord elastic band isn't so good. When you hear it, it isn't so clear though. You can hack on to other peoples conversations which is so awesome!

I like this Spy Mic cause you can shoot it and you can hear what people say. My cousins (m8, f4, f6) really liked it too. They liked talking in the mic. What I don't like is that somethimes it gives feedback.

WHAT ADULTS THINK

I'm not too impressed with this one. Zachary (M9), who was originally really excited about this, lost interest after playing with it one time. It didn't work the way he expected it to- the mic didn't stick and you could hardly hear anything. It was a good idea so it's really a shame that it didn't work.

This Spy Mic took us a little time to figure out and get to work. It didn't come with batteries which was a definite downfall. The mic seems to work well, but when it is too close to the speaker there is a significant amount of feedback. My son has really enjoyed playing with this set over the past few days with his cousins (m8, f6). It will be interesting to see if his interest is maintained over the next few weeks.

This started off really fun, Sébastien ( 11) would stick the mic everywhere, the sticky part of the mic doesn't really hold and the mic would fall down. The mic has a place for headphones, too bad it didn't work very well. I found it hilarious when Sébastien would throw the "distractor balls" from Spy Gear, then when we would look at them he would run, stick the mic on the wall and run out..then we would all make believe that we wouldn't hear ourselves in the other room on the speaker..
